The Soul of Leadership: A talk by Margaret Benefiel

Thursday, 7 June, 2012 - 19:00 to 21:15

The Soul of Leadership: A talk by Margaret Benefiel at Friends House, Euston in the George Fox room.

Food and drinks can be purchased beforehand in the Quaker Centre cafe.

Margaret Benefiel, Ph.D., is an influential American Quaker, writer (books include Soul At Work and The Soul of a Leader), teacher and coach to many organisations, large and small.

She believes that soulfulness – a way of being and doing – when brought into work and life paves the way for love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control.   Teachers, parents, committee chair leaders - all of us - can aim higher and lead with soul in any sphere, large or small.

Margaret is also teaching two Woodbrooke courses on her trip to the UK:

Grounded in God: discernment for individuals and communities Fri-Sun 8-10 June 2012

Seeing Things Whole: spirituality, faith communities and organisations Sun-Fri 10-15 June 2012
